Are there add on fees?

We have NO Administration fees or charges to fill out our lease. We advise you to check with your insurance company, but do not require you prove to us you have insurance or force you to buy insurance to rent with us. There is a refundable clean up deposit that is returned as long as you remove all your property from the facility when you vacate the unit.

Are dollies available to move my property to the units?

Four wheel platform Dollies are available to assist with your move into your storage unit.

Is there a notice to vacate requirerment?

Our lease requires a 30 day notice to vacate.

Is access to the facility controlled?

Access to enter the storage facility is controlled by a security gate that is operated by entering a personal security code from your car at the entrance. The gate will close behind you and will open again when you drive up to the exit. The heated and air conditioned storage building has a security door that is opened by entering your code to gain access.
